Ashlin Henderson

Phlebotomist

Ashlin Henderson is a certified graduate of Arkansas State University, Newport’s phlebotomy program. She was inspired to work in the medical field by her late grandmother who was twice named Arkansas’s Nurse of the Year.

Ashlin has 5 years experience in phlebotomy and 2 years training as a medical laboratory technician. She has extensive practice in drawing blood and completing routine laboratory tests. She has grown very fond of her elderly patients during her career.

Ashlin is a newlywed who enjoys spending time with her husband, Joey and her family. For now she has 2 fur babies, Daisy, an English bulldog and Bowe, a chocolate lab. “I am excited to be joining a clinic of such strong women who want to better the local community through their medical skills . I believe that Machen Family Medical is truly the definition of family!”
